Three Bed, Three Bath Waterfront Homes

“Drawing inspiration from the surrounding Cumbrian countryside, I have designed the interior of these boutique lakeside homes exclusively for Twin Lakes Country Club”

The Homes

The unique homes at Twin Lakes Country Club feature a panoramic glass frontage which gives guests superb views of the waterfront and countryside beyond as well as providing an abundance of natural light, creating a bright and spacious living space.

There is planning permission to build impressive three bedroom, three bathroom properties that each have private parking, personal hot tubs and a rowing boat.

The homes have been carefully designed to embrace the natural environment around them, with a striking apex window as the focal point, bathing the spacious living space in natural light. The properties are a fantastic place to bring families together to spend quality time in a modern and tranquil setting.

Living Space

The large, open living area features handmade English Oak furniture with unique sofas and fabrics from the Abraham Moon collection of fine woollen plaids. Brushed oiled oak flooring compliments the surrounding landscapes and enhances the bespoke wooden furnishings.

This space is bathed in natural sunlight from the number of large windows and the contemporary crystal wall lights which create subtle lighting and an elegant ambiance.

This luxurious styling is reflected throughout, with a contemporary open-plan kitchen in soft muted colours that includes a peninsular hob cooking station enjoying a stunning view of the lake.

Fully integrated appliances, including a feature wine cooler, Belfast sink and quartz surface counter tops provide the basis for this generously appointed kitchen space.

The three spacious bedrooms feature fabrics from the latest collection by the renowned Designers Guild Group. Subtle linens with accent hand-sewn trimmings dress the large windows, and luxury feature headboards bring in elegantly soft-coloured chenille fabrics.

The bedrooms are fully carpeted to provide the ultimate comfort underfoot.Ceramic bedside table lamps and feature glass pendant lamps complete the restful, relaxing atmosphere.

Storage has been carefully considered in the design of the homes at Twin Lakes Country Club. Storage solutions are bespoke and handmade in oak, with subtle colour-washed detailing.

The master and second bedroom both have well-appointed ensuite bathrooms and there is a third family bathroom on the ground floor.

These rooms feature the best in European and British design, with sanitary ware from the exclusive company Swiss Laufen, floor and wall tiles with stunning mosaic detailing from the Italian Supergres House, and walk-in deluge showers.

The bathrooms also have underfloor heating to provide the ultimate comfort, and the family bathroom features a Clearwater Oval standalone bathtub.
